**Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Director to join our client, a leading construction company, in their West Sussex office. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for leading the finance function and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement business strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and investors

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification
  • Proven experience as a Financial Director or in a similar role, ideally within the construction sector
  • Strong strategic experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Excellent IT skills
