We are looking for a passionate and capable Advanced Educational Support Assistant (AESA) to join our dedicated team on a full-time, long-term basis, filling the role of a valued team member who is transitioning to new opportunities.

This rewarding position offers a competitive daily salary of £100 – £120 and involves collaborating with a highly skilled educator to assist a class of 25-30 students, including those with SEN requirements who will benefit from your focused support.

The role is distinguished by its potential to significantly influence students' educational experiences in a uniquely beautiful environment, with access to exceptional outdoor learning areas and a culture that prioritizes creativity and exploration.

Proven experience as an Educational Support Assistant or AESA, with a solid grasp of the Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curricula.


  • Experience in assisting SEN students is highly preferred.
  • A comprehensive understanding of effective teaching methodologies and behavior management strategies.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports all learners, including those with SEN.
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating student progress, providing feedback and implementing strategies to address learning needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the teaching team to plan and deliver lessons that meet curriculum goals and accommodate diverse learning styles.
