Senior Clinical Director Position

About the Role:
Rafan House Harley Street is seeking a highly experienced senior clinician to join our online psychotherapy practice as Clinical Director/Lead for up to 1 day per week (aggregated). This role includes having clients/patients for adults, couples, adolescents, children, and family work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and direction to the online psychotherapy practice.
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care and services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and expansion.
- Represent the practice in a professional and positive manner, maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Registration with the BPC/ACP/AFT/HCPC/BPS is required.
- A minimum of five years' post-qualification experience is necessary.
- Enhanced DBS checks will be conducted.
- Safeguarding expertise is also required.
