Position Overview: Jameson Legal is seeking a talented and experienced In-House Lawyer to join a dynamic legal team. This role is focused on commercial contracts and requires a strong background in this area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating terms and conditions
  • Managing confidentiality agreements
  • Overseeing the supply of services and goods
  • Handling agency and distribution agreements
  • Advising on technology and IT contracts
  • Facilitating collaboration agreements
  • Coordinating outsourcing agreements
  • Reviewing licence agreements

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Qualification as a Solicitor in England and Wales
  • A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in managing a diverse range of commercial matters
  • Experience from reputable law firms or major corporations
  • The capability to commence work promptly
  • A commitment to a significant tenure in this role.

Work Environment: The successful candidate will work within a small legal team and will report directly to the Associate General Counsel. A hybrid working model is in place, allowing for flexibility in office attendance.

Skills Required: Strong technical skills are essential, alongside excellent interpersonal abilities. The candidate should be prepared to engage collaboratively with the wider team.
