The Role:


The Registered Manager will be accountable for the comprehensive management of the care home, guaranteeing that the highest standards of care are consistently maintained.

This position entails leading, motivating, and nurturing a dedicated team of care professionals, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards, and upholding the home's esteemed reputation for outstanding care.


Key Responsibilities:
Managing the daily operations of the care home, ensuring the provision of high-quality, individualized care.
Leading and supervising a team of care staff, offering guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
Ensuring the home complies with all regulatory standards and achieves excellent inspection results.
Overseeing budgets, resources, and occupancy levels to maintain the financial health of the home.
Encouraging a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the home, enhancing the well-being of both residents and staff.
Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and external partners.
Implementing and sustaining effective quality assurance systems to continuously elevate care standards.

Candidate Requirements:
Demonstrated experience as a Registered Manager with a successful track record in a care home or comparable environment.
Strong leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Thorough understanding of CQC regulations and care standards.
Financial proficiency with experience in budget and resource management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A dedication to delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent)
