Head of Facilities Management

**About The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for the role of Head of Facilities Management & Estates to join us at allpay. The role will have overall accountability and responsibility for service delivery for the allpay estates management functions, providing senior leadership across the functional departments.
The Operations department is responsible for the smooth running of the business, enabling all departments to run efficiently and effectively. From the development of the right environment and facilities through to the right approaches, systems and processes being in place.
As a Head of Facilities Management & Estates, you will:
- Develop and manage Capex and Opex budget for site management functions.
- Lead and own security and emergency response matters.
- Responsible for site management audit ready state for ISO9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 PCI Security standards.
- Own the relationships with third party providers contracted to deliver site security systems adopting a supplier management governance framework.
- Ensure a risk-based, prioritised plan for backlog maintenance, reactive maintenance and fault/problem management of all infrastructure and plant services.
- Contributing member of HSE Strategic Steering Group and Carbon Footprint working group. Key contributor to the future shaping of allpay sustainability, CSR and carbon net zero drive.
- Oversee training matrix for suitably trained site management operations staff.
**About You**:
- Desirable to hold significant qualifications in all or some of the following:
- Facilities Management, Security Management and Health & Safety, Project Management.
- Membership of an appropriate professional body (Fire, HSE, FM, Security Institutions is preferable)
- Working knowledge and experience of Site Management Operations.
- Proven effective general management and leadership experience.
- Proven effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to motivate and influence others to act, using a collaborative management style.
- Proven strong communicator both upwards and downward with the ability to challenge and influence.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, such as word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint etc.
- Proven effective presentation skills, including the ability to present material in a clear and concise manner, appropriate to the level of the audience.
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast paced environment being able to manage and organise priorities to meet business requirements.
- Proven knowledge of current legislative documentation relating to the job.
- Experience of delivering within tight timescales across a breadth of diverse and complex areas.
