About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in the educational and social development of babies and young children up to the age of five.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote social and behavioral skills.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a seamless and supportive experience.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of a Level 3 in Early Years care and Education. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. A passion for child development and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and engagement are essential.

Please note that all candidates will be required to have an enhanced DBS on the update service. This role involves regulated activity with children, and you should not apply if you are on the Children's Barred List.
