We are seeking a skilled Catering Assistant to support our catering team at our Head Office in Leicestershire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional food and drink services to our customers.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 2pm until 6pm.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality food and drink services to our customers in the coffee shop and restaurant.
  • Merchandise stock for sale and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Support the delivery of coffee and buffets for hospitality events.
  • Report any equipment faults or problems to management.
  • Operate tills and handle cash transactions.
  • Record fridge temperatures twice a day to ensure food safety.
  • Contribute to the cleaning and maintenance of service areas and equipment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and information.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.

About You:

  • You hold a qualification in Food Hygiene level 2.
  • You have previous experience in a similar environment.
  • You possess excellent customer service skills and can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • You are a problem solver and can take initiative to suggest improvements.
  • You can prioritize your work to meet deadlines and ensure a high level of quality.
