Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Process inbound orders from the Sales and Project Teams efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our operations processes.
  • Customer Order Management: Manage customer order reports and assist with logistical requirements as needed, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Supply Chain Management: Maintain the Backorder Report and ensure operations processes are compliant and aligned with the rest of the business, optimizing supply chain management.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Request and analyze Supplier Shipment and Order Reports to optimize supplier relationships and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • International Shipping: Support international shipments, including the setup of IOR agents, determining the best customs routes, and managing the clearance process.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in operations, sales support, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of sales processes and operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Process Compliance: A commitment to process compliance and a strong understanding of financial implications of purchasing and managing supplier relationships effectively.
  • International Shipping Knowledge: Knowledge of international shipping, customs clearance, and IOR processes is beneficial but not essential.
