Role Description

As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will be part of our geotechnical team, working on high-profile projects such as High Speed 2, London Bridge Station, and Lower Thames Crossing. You will assist in the delivery of foundation, retaining wall, ground improvement, and earthworks designs, as well as undertaking desk studies, specifying and scoping intrusive ground investigations, producing interpretive reports, geotechnical designs, and recommendations for geotechnical design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of geotechnical designs and recommendations
  • Undertake desk studies and specify intrusive ground investigations
  • Produce interpretive reports and geotechnical designs
  • Work with our team to develop innovative digital tools for producing accurate ground models and analysing geotechnical problems
Requirements
  • Graduating in 2025 or having recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrating typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, and being a Team Player
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders
  • Willing to travel and stay away from home when required
