Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical bias to join our team at CV Library. As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing planning preventative maintenance tasks, assisting with installation works, and working well within a small engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing planning preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility
  • Assisting with installation works to support the growth and development of our business
  • Working well within a small engineering team to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Confidently working alone on breakdowns to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
Requirements:
  • Apprentice trained or Level 3 qualified in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Experience working within a manufacturing setting, preferably with a mechanical bias
  • Good electrical fault finding skills and the ability to work with brand new automated machinery
  • PLC experience is advantageous but not essential
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £47,860, including a call-out allowance and shift pay
  • A Monday to Friday 4-shift rotation, with opportunities for overtime
  • A company production bonus of £1500 for the last couple of years (not guaranteed)
  • 22 days holiday plus Bank holidays, with the option to gain additional days with length of service
  • Pension employer contributions of 5%
