Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in Alfreton. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime
  • Respond quickly to machinery breakdowns and implement effective repairs
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
  • Servicing and maintaining production equipment
  • Performing mechanical maintenance and repairs
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure production continuity
  • Recording all work carried out

Requirements:

  • City and Guilds / Level 3 qualification in Engineering
  • Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established company in the Alfreton area. If you have a strong background in industrial maintenance engineering and a mechanical bias, we would like to hear from you.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a salary in the region of GBP45,000 + bonus, along with overtime opportunities and additional training and development.
