Internal Sales Representative

Hague Personnel Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Person to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for receiving sales enquiries from potential customers and external sales team members, and responding appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to sales enquiries from potential customers and external sales team members.
- Ensure all enquiries are input onto the CRM System, issue relevant documentation, and prepare/revise quotations as required.
- Prioritise enquires to ensure tender return dates are adhered to in line with KPIs and pre-defined objectives.
- Be the first point of contact for internal customer communication, identifying the specific nature of queries and taking appropriate action.
- Liaise closely with the Inbound Sales Manager, sales administration, and external Area Sales Managers to ensure all sales enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Receive telephone enquiries and communicate with potential clients to clarify requirements.
- Provide technical specifications and standard drawings to customers and architects, and liaise with the Project Team when non-standard drawings are required prior to order.
- Utilise the CRM System for pricing of suppliers' products, and liaise with various external suppliers to obtain the best prices for non-standard items.
- Establish effective relationships with customers and follow up against agreed contact deliverables to ensure desired outcomes are being achieved.
Working Hours and Environment:
The role is office-based, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, including a 1-hour lunch break. After satisfactory completion of the probation period (typically 6 months), agile/hybrid working is available (3 days attendance at the office and 2 days working from home).

Requirements:
- Previous Internal Sales experience.
- NVQ/BTEC desirable.
- Effective communication and strong organisational skills.
- Good customer service and ability to work under pressure.
- Determined and self-motivated to meet deadlines.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and innovative.
- Ability to employ active listening and work effectively in a team environment.
