Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with APQP/PPAP processes is advantageous
- A self-driven professional
- Experience with AS9100 is preferred but not mandatory
- A commitment to a 'right first time' methodology
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Responsibilities:
- Lead the standardization of processes while focusing on waste reduction and continuous improvement
- Assist in 8D problem-solving activities related to internal or supplier quality issues
- Engage in New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives and supplier quality enhancement, implementing innovative processes
- Develop and uphold quality assurance throughout the product development cycle for NPI
- Compile material compliance data and prepare reports as necessary
- Address customer concerns promptly
- Promote problem-solving initiatives using root cause analysis tools such as 8D, 5WHY, ISHIKAWA, and FMEA
- Conduct internal and external audits
- Evaluate supplier performance and establish process parameters to ensure capability
- Monitor production output, quality, and scrap rates, enhancing on-time delivery performance
- Maintain comprehensive records of products and approved suppliers
- Identify, lead, and participate in improvement projects as a member of the Continuous Improvement team
