If you have experience in the UK healthcare sector, you can become part of our staff bank. After completing a paid two-week orientation, you will gain access to various shifts, allowing you to manage your work-life balance effectively.

There is no set minimum number of hours required, although working regularly is encouraged to maintain your skills and familiarity with the service.

Shifts are available during weekdays, nights, and weekends, easily viewable and bookable through a user-friendly app. With just a few taps, you can secure the shifts that suit your preferences.

Whether your background is in the NHS or private healthcare, you can work as a Bank Healthcare Assistant, earning an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift for annual leave, along with a variety of benefits such as complimentary meals during shifts and free parking.

The facility is centrally located and offers comprehensive assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and complex care for a diverse range of neurological conditions, delivered by a highly skilled team.
