About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to lead our dedicated catering team in delivering exceptional food experiences to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring that our company's reputation for quality is maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and high-quality standards
  • Monitor food safety, health and safety, and COSHH procedures to maintain a safe working environment
  • Implement and maintain food monitoring procedures to facilitate budgetary control and cost management
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new food concepts and menus

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role, with a track record of delivering high-quality food experiences
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong culinary skills, with a passion for food innovation and development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality
  • Good financial understanding, with the ability to manage budgets and costs
