Job Description

X4 Technology is seeking a highly skilled XVA Analyst to join our team on a day-rate contract basis, working outside IR35. As a key member of our Financial Services team, you will be responsible for collaborating with IT, Risk, and Quants/Analysts to define technical requirements across data mapping, indices analysis, historical Vols, correlations, pricing grids, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop deep knowledge of XVA best practice across the financial services industry, including underlying calculations, technology infrastructure, in-scope business functions, and margin attribution practices.
  • Utilize strong technical skills, including the ability to write Python scripts, SQL, and perform detailed data analysis.
  • Gain experience in automating tasks for trading desks, eliminating manual processes, and leveraging Quant experience to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of financial services industry practices and regulations.
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Risk, and Quants/Analysts.
