Your Role
Objective of Function:
This position focuses on providing Business Support to the Global Account Director within the Global Key Accounts Team.
Main Responsibilities:
Execute and manage established pricing agreements on a daily basis. Oversee and implement PACE projects consistently. Gather and coordinate information from various teams to create presentations for project evaluations. Assist in executing category development plans and innovation presentations. Manage client communications through various channels to address requests for samples, pricing, specifications, and other essential information. Generate monthly reports from EIS regarding sales, budgets, forecasts, and pricing for regional and global markets, along with other support tasks for Global Key Accounts. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, category, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with customer requirements. Evaluate the performance of the standard product portfolio by segment, focusing on win rates, sales, and profitability, while identifying areas for improvement. Monitor customer projects to ensure quality standards and timelines are met, and follow up on results with the sales team. Assist the Global Account Director in preparing Scorecards and RFP proposals. Travel internationally as needed for project updates and meetings. Manage the diary and travel arrangements for the Global Account Directors, including setting up calls and video conferences. Support the organization of Customer Team workshops or meetings, which may involve occasional travel. Adapt to working flexibly with team members and clients across different time zones.About You
Job Requirements:
A-Level / Degree. Basic understanding of the Food and Flavors Industry. Proven experience with national and international accounts in sales, marketing, category management, or customer service. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel, and familiar with Symrise Systems (EIS, PACE, SAP, SYMCOM). Previous experience with global clients is preferred. A technical background is advantageous.Key Competencies:
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly. Proven ability to engage diplomatically with clients. Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage workloads to meet tight deadlines. Flexibility and the ability to thrive under pressure in a team setting. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with market research and data sources. Ability to take initiative while also being a collaborative team member.
