We are excited to announce a vacancy for a Landscape Gardener to join our esteemed team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Our client is a reputable landscaping firm located in the Warwickshire area. Due to a surge in demand for their services, they are seeking dedicated individuals to enhance their growing workforce. This role is set to commence immediately.

As a Landscape Gardener, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the gardens and outdoor spaces of clients
  • Ensuring sites are tidy and well-kept
  • Performing mowing, strimming, and weeding as necessary
  • Carrying out hedge trimming and cutting
  • Completing any required maintenance tasks

Comprehensive training will be provided on the operation of essential equipment. While prior knowledge and experience are advantageous, they are not mandatory. The initial week will involve pairing with a seasoned team member, and upon completion of training, you will be assigned a vehicle and equipment for your duties.

Uniforms and safety kits will be supplied; however, candidates must provide their own safety footwear.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, totaling 42.5 hours per week, with rotas provided. While this is the standard schedule, part-time hours may be available. There will be no requirement to work on bank holidays or weekends.

Compensation:
Hourly pay on a temporary to permanent basis, with the potential for permanent employment after three months.

Due to the nature of the role, a full driving license is essential.

This position will involve an interview process, and candidates must submit a complete CV along with their availability for an in-person interview.
