About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team at REAKT Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
  • Present and demonstrate solutions to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services
  • Manage pipelines and diary management to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B or B2C sales experience or recent graduation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Resilience and determination, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of business growth strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
What We Offer
  • Up to £32,000 basic salary
