As a Home Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and address the physical, psychological, and social needs of service users.
- Deliver personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Support with personal care, health-related tasks, and medication administration (where applicable).
- Encourage and assist service users to achieve optimum independence.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A driving license and access to a vehicle (due to the nature of the role).
- An enhanced CRB check.
