Position Overview

Adele Carr is looking for qualified candidates to fill two pivotal roles: a HR and Recruitment Coordinator and a HR Consultant. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive employee records and addressing various HR inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial phone interviews and manage background verification processes.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new hires.
  • Assist in HR and Employee Relations meetings, initiatives, and projects.

The roles will focus on supporting the above tasks, with an emphasis on Employee Relations.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and/or recruitment.

  • A CIPD qualification is required for the HR Consultant position.
  • Access to a vehicle and a valid driving license is essential.
Compensation

The salary for these positions is negotiable, ranging from £25,000 to £32,000 based on experience.
