About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Coordinator to join our team at Helping Hands. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and carers within the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Branch Care Manager in ensuring that customers receive the highest standards of care and support.
  • Effectively allocate staff to ensure that customers receive the best possible care.
  • Complete direct observations and supervisions for care teams within the correct timescales.
  • Support the Branch Care Manager in maintaining carer numbers by actively recruiting new team members and guiding them through the recruitment process.
  • Reassess customers to ensure care plans are reflective of their needs and condition.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and support the commercial growth of the branch.
  • Ensure that the highest levels of customer service are always provided.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or be willing to work towards achieving this. Additionally, you will need to have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance and experience of working within the care sector at supervisory level. You will also need to have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
