Key Responsibilities :
As a Logistics Automation Strategy Lead within the Transformation Division, you will be essential in crafting and executing the company's Logistics Network and Automation strategy. Your responsibilities will include the creation, development, and maintenance of the Logistics & Fulfilment Automation Strategy, in close partnership with the Technology team.
Your position will require you to stay informed about market trends, retail innovations, and vendor advancements to guide the strategy effectively. You will collaborate closely with the modeling team and Transformation Managers to propose a cohesive network and automation roadmap that aligns with the business's evolving requirements.
Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing comprehensive business cases that support the proposed strategies and ensure the operational viability of the roadmap. Throughout your tenure, you will promote cross-functional collaboration, engage stakeholders at all levels, and utilize innovative, outcome-focused approaches to problem-solving. As a strong leader, you will build high-performing teams and nurture a culture of transformation to deliver results swiftly.
