About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintrol Engineer to join our team at Qualitair Aviation Group, a Randstad Company. As a Maintrol Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the Engineering activities to prevent and/or recover AOGs worldwide, driving safe, efficient and expedient actions in support of Engineering and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Engineering activities to prevent and/or recover AOGs worldwide
  • Drive safe, efficient and expedient actions in support of Engineering and operational needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize aircraft availability
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
  • Engineering technical background as a license engineer with the ability to hold CAA / EASA approvals and company approvals
  • Hold an HNC / HND or equivalent in an Aerospace Engineering subject
  • Recognised Aircraft Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent industry experience
  • B1 / B2 Licence without Type rating
  • The ability to hold and exercise EASA. Part 145 Technical Engineer / Part21 CCE or CVE approvals will also be a qualification to highly consider for the role
