Job Title: Maintrol Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintrol Engineer to join our team at Qualitair Aviation Group, a Randstad Company. As a Maintrol Engineer, you will play a critical role in leading the Engineering activities to prevent and/or recover AOGs worldwide, driving safe, efficient, and expedient actions in support of Engineering and operational needs.

About the Role:

The Maintrol Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Engineering activities to prevent and/or recover AOGs worldwide
  • Driving safe, efficient, and expedient actions in support of Engineering and operational needs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Engineering technical background as a license engineer with the ability to hold CAA/EASA approvals and company approvals
  • Hold an HNC/HND or equivalent in an Aerospace Engineering subject
  • Recognised Aircraft Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent industry experience
  • B1/B2 Licence without Type rating
  • The ability to hold and exercise EASA Part 145 Technical Engineer/Part21 CCE or CVE approvals
