INDEPENDENT LOCAL PROPERTY CONSULTANT – TERRITORY OWNER
Permanent – Full Time
Due to the significant expansion of our client's award-winning Property Agency, we are seeking Instruction Winners and exceptional all-round Property Consultants to join their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Property Sales or Lettings Professional with substantial expertise in property transactions and the ambition to develop and grow their own business.

This position is home-based; the perfect candidate will possess extensive prior experience in Property Consultancy and have a robust background in valuations, property listings, and be a recognized "Instruction Winner."

The ideal candidate should have strong local knowledge of the area in which they will operate or, at the very least, good connections to the community.

This role is self-employed, requiring the skills, ambition, and confidence to manage and expand your own business, supported by exceptional National Marketing and a rich supply of HOT leads. Unlike many similar models, this company offers financial assistance to help you get started.
As a self-employed individual, you must also understand the level of personal commitment involved.
