Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our client's new developments and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales presentations and tours of model homes to potential buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of our client's properties.
  • Guide potential purchasers around show homes, stock plots, and site to fully demonstrate the product and provide a comprehensive understanding of the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Negotiate sales and manage the sales process from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
  • Assist buyers in selecting options and upgrades for their new homes, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote new developments and generate leads, utilizing your knowledge of the property market and sales techniques.
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new home sales or a similar sales role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to negotiate sales and manage the sales process.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
