Pyramid8 is seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join their team in the retail design industry. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive day-to-day support to ensure a high-quality experience for one of their key clients.

This is a brilliant opportunity for the right candidate to support a small busy team in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. The role has a development opportunity to progress to a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers throughout the life cycle of a job, including research and costing, material orders, dispatch administration, and installation support.
  • Liaise with factories, quality check, and keep key stakeholders informed.
  • Manage small projects alone with support from managing Project Managers.
  • Perform accounts administration tasks, such as raising POs and invoicing.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
