About the RoleThis Senior Recovery Practitioner position requires recent experience in Substance Misuse, Substance Abuse, Addiction, Drug and Alcohol, Needle Exchange, or Recovery. You will work effectively with stakeholders across London, including community treatment agencies, hostels, day centres, and outreach teams.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outreach and in-reach support to people who sleep rough in London, enhancing their readiness to access drug and alcohol treatment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide comprehensive support services.
- Work flexibly, including occasional early morning, evening, or weekend working.
- Competitive hourly rate of £22 per hour (assignment rate).
