About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Graphic Designer to join our team at Creative Personnel. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital and print assets that showcase our brand's unique personality and style.

Your expertise in graphic design, video production, and animation will enable you to conceptualize and execute campaigns that captivate our audience and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop a wide range of digital and print assets, including social media graphics, email banners, landing pages, flyers, and posters.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that align with our brand strategy and goals.
  • Develop and maintain our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our visual content.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer in a B2C business.
  • Excellent proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent video production and editing experience.
  • Knowledge or experience in the travel or retail sector.
  • Motion graphics and animation experience.
  • A good understanding of digital marketing strategy and social media platforms.
  • An understanding of web design principles and HTML/CSS.
  • An equal love for storytelling and travel.
