About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Graphic Designer to join our team at Creative Personnel. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital and print assets that showcase our brand's unique personality and style.

Your primary focus will be on designing a diverse range of digital and print materials, including social media content, email campaigns, landing pages, flyers, and posters. You will work closely with our marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that drive results and contribute to our visual content strategy.

As the brand guardian, you will have a keen eye for consistency and be responsible for evolving our brand's visual identity. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.

About You
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer in a B2C business
  • Excellent proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent video production and editing experience
  • Knowledge/experience of the travel or retail sector
  • Motion graphics and animation experience
  • A good understanding of digital marketing strategy
  • A good understanding of social media platforms
  • An understanding of web design principles and HTML/CSS
  • An equal love for storytelling and travel
