Job Title: Night Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Avenues Group. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

About the Role:
  • Support individuals with their daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Encourage and facilitate social activities, such as community outings, hobbies, and interests.
  • Assist with managing finances, including budgeting and bill payment.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and high-quality service.
