Electrical Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and integrating Ex certified components into industrial materials handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and integrate Ex certified components into industrial equipment
  • Ensure compliance with ATEX and IEC Ex standards
  • Develop detailed electrical system designs and enclosure layouts using AutoCAD
  • Address electrical and mechanical system integration within space-constrained environments

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in designing electrical systems, including experience with Ex certified components
  • Understanding of ATEX, Ex, and IEC Ex safety standards and compliance
  • Knowledge of electrical and electronic control systems, including AC inverters, industrial controllers
