Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team at Orion Electrotech Automation. As a key member of our Special Purpose Machinery solutions team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative laboratory robotic and automation equipment and software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical systems for laboratory robotic and automation equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with software and mechanical components
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications for electrical systems
  • Contribute to the development of new product ideas and features

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical design engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or automotive industries
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, automation, and robotics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
