Customer Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Customer Development Manager to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a key member of our customer development function, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth, building strategic partnerships, and delivering business results in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement tailored commercial plans to achieve budgeted sales and profit growth targets.
- Negotiate and deliver annual Joint Business Plans with customers to drive mutual sales and margin growth.
- Build strong external networks to improve customer engagement and identify new business solutions.
- Align with multiple functional stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement strategies to accelerate profitable growth.
- Forecast volume, sales, and investment through effective 5P planning and risk identification.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent influence and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong business relationships and develop creative, sustainable, mutually profitable business solutions.
- Strategic capabilities and ability to influence and negotiate both internally and externally.
