Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Clinical Diagnostic Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines across multiple departments.
  • Lead the development and change of practice and policy within the group, exploring new roles and ways of working to modernise the service and improve patient experience.
  • Responsible for the support and delivery of effective workforce recruitment and retention strategies, including staff development and succession planning.
  • Utilise information and IT systems to produce accurate and timely workforce and resource performance data.
  • Responsible for development, implementation, and evaluation of projects to improve patient care and service development through the audit cycle.
  • Ensure effective use of group resources (staff, equipment, beds, clinics, etc.)
