Job Title: Advanced Healthcare Practitioner

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Advanced Healthcare Practitioner to lead the delivery of Advanced Clinical Practice across Cardiology and the emergency and acute footprint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership to the Cardiology Service, working alongside consultants and nursing teams to ensure effective management of patients.
  • Develop and implement clinical pathways and guidelines to ensure delivery of evidence-based care.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of team members, identifying areas for development and implementing actions to achieve/maintain standards of care.
  • Contribute to the development of local guidelines, protocols, and standards to ensure consistency and quality of care.
  • Participate in quality governance systems and processes to identify and mitigate risks.
