Commercial Contracts Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Specialist to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on public procurement, and providing expert guidance to stakeholders.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive to take their career to the next level. You will work closely with our team to develop leading practices, contribute to complex projects, and provide expert advice on commercial contracts and public procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Advising on public procurement and funding agreements
  • Providing expert guidance to stakeholders on commercial contracts and public procurement
  • Contributing to the development of leading practices in commercial contracts and public procurement
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive
  • Experience in commercial contracts and public procurement
