About the Role

LAW Absolute Limited is seeking a highly skilled Childcare Advocate Solicitor to join their team on a locum basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a local authority in South London, providing high-level advice and assistance to the legal department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing advocacy services for a range of cases, including non-accidental injury, child sex abuse, and court of appeal cases.
  • Working alongside a team of expert Advocates, including trained Barristers and Solicitor Advocates.
  • Supporting the Principal Lawyer in reducing expenditure on Counsel.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual with previous childcare advocacy experience. You will have a strong commitment to delivering a high-quality service and be able to work under pressure. A current practising certificate is required for this role.
