Digital Brand Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Digital Brand Manager to drive ecommerce growth and digital activation for one of the most iconic brands in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best-in-class ecommerce marketing plans to drive sales across major UK retailers.
- Lead the day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring flawless execution from planning to performance analysis.
- Build and maintain a UK Digital Activation Toolkit, leveraging best practices to deliver maximum ROI.
- Manage relationships with Retail Media providers, ensuring cost-effective and high-performing media activations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build the perfect e-Store experience for customers.
- Create a comprehensive Performance Insights library to inform future campaign investments and strategies.
About You:
- A digital marketing expert with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce and digital activation within the FMCG or retail sector.
- Proven experience working with at least two of the top 7 UK FMCG retailers.
- A passion for FMCG, with a curious mindset and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Highly proficient in key ecommerce platforms and Microsoft Office, with a keen eye for detail.
