About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Insight Manager to join our team at Women in Sport. As a key member of our research and insights team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality insights projects that inform our charity's work and drive positive change in the lives of women and girls through sport.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and Deliver Insights Projects: Develop and implement research strategies to gather insights on women and girls' attitudes and behaviors towards sport, and analyze and interpret data to inform our charity's work.
  • Communicate Insights and Research Findings: Present research findings to internal stakeholders, including the Head of Insight and Innovation, and external stakeholders, such as partners and funders.
  • Build External Relations and Scan the Research Horizon: Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including research institutions and organizations, to stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in the field.
  • Contribute to the Charity as a Whole: Collaborate with other teams to ensure that research and insights inform our charity's overall strategy and goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Market or Social Research: Proven track record of working in a research environment, with experience in designing and delivering research projects.
  • High-Quality Qualitative and Quantitative Social Research: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform insights.
  • Up-to-Date Knowledge of Online and Offline Research Approaches and Techniques: Familiarity with a range of research methods and tools, including online and offline research approaches.
  • Creative and Passionate: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative research strategies to gather insights.
