About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Records Clerk to join our team at Jet2. As a key member of our records department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all aircraft technical data, including flight logs, maintenance records, and audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and input daily flight logs and maintenance work records into the AMOS IT system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Jet2 standards.
  • Scan and index paper records, maintaining a consistent index model for easy retrieval.
  • Liaise with the storage facility to file or retrieve information as necessary.
  • Report any incomplete or inaccurate records to the team and follow up on corrections.
Requirements
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage large amounts of data quickly and accurately.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and experience of task planning, ideally within a records department.
