About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Records Clerk to join our team at Jet2. As a key member of our records department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all aircraft technical data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and record daily flight logs and maintenance work records
  • Input data into the AMOS IT system and ensure its accuracy and compliance with Jet2 standards
  • Scan and index paper records and maintain a consistent index model
  • Report any incomplete or inaccurate records to the team and follow up on corrections
Requirements
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage large amounts of data quickly and accurately
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and experience of task planning
  • Eye for detail and high level of organization
