Aircraft Technical Data Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Records Clerk to join our team at Jet2. As a key member of our records department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all aircraft technical data.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and record daily flight logs and maintenance work records
- Input data into the AMOS IT system and ensure its accuracy and compliance with Jet2 standards
- Scan and index paper records and maintain a consistent index model
- Report any incomplete or inaccurate records to the team and follow up on corrections
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage large amounts of data quickly and accurately
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and experience of task planning
- Eye for detail and high level of organization
