Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to enhance our IT Service Integration PMO capabilities, ensuring the delivery of exceptional program and project management services to key stakeholders. This role is pivotal in facilitating the successful execution of Service Integration initiatives and projects.

The successful candidate will oversee ServiceNow-related projects within the Service Integration Portfolio, collaborating with various functional and business unit stakeholders to ensure alignment with the overarching business objectives and priorities of HITACHI ENERGY SERVICES SP. Z O.O.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects utilizing agile and iterative methodologies, employing a variety of project management tools.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, from initiation through to closure.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Develop comprehensive communication strategies.
  • Create and manage detailed project schedules.
  • Oversee project budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, including necessary escalations.
  • Generate regular project status reports.
  • Adhere to established delivery methodologies, ensuring effective project controls.
  • Manage project scope and identify the need for change orders.
  • Monitor and report on team progress.
  • Supervise a team of project managers.
