We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Support and Training Specialist to join our team at Cumming Group UK & Europe. As a key member of our CRM team, you will be responsible for providing first-line support and training to end-users of our Dynamics 365 Sales platform.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to end-users via screen share calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and respond to incoming support requests, adhering to our agreed-upon levels of service and quality standards.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user skills and knowledge, empowering them to handle future challenges independently.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to stay up-to-date on feature releases and identify trends where additional training may be required.
- Identify 'power users' and work with subject matter experts to understand knowledge gaps and address training needs.
- Minimum 1 year of experience providing ongoing support to end-users.
- Minimum 2 years of experience conducting user training sessions.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Engagement.
- Strong knowledge of sales and pursuits business processes.
- Ability to explain complex concepts to users with varying degrees of experience.
