Day Concierge Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Day Concierge to join our team at a small, high-end residential building in Green Park, SW1.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and deal with VIP clients
  • Carry out specific instructions and duties/tasks with a critical eye for detail
  • Have good organisational skills, excellent communication skills, and customer service skills
  • Have a good understanding of Health and Safety and a strong proven track record
  • Assist in the smooth running of the building, including dealing with reactive maintenance and technical faults
  • Hold keys, take deliveries, carry parcels & shopping, greet, screen and escort visitors, and provide lifestyle services for residents
  • Ensure the reception is manned at all times and the residents' needs are met while maintaining the security of the premises

Requirements:

  • Be extremely well presented and polite
  • Have a strong command of the English language
  • Be assertive and show initiative
  • Have a strong proven track record of working in a five-star hotel or high-end serviced or private residences

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk & Lobby, consistently delivering service excellence to the Residents while keeping in view the ever-changing residents' needs. Multi-Skill/Multi-Tasking is seen as an imperative.

Salary: £27,000
