We offer outdoor-based occupational therapy programs alongside family and community sessions throughout Norfolk, empowering young people aged 7-25 and their families who face complex challenges.
We provide high-quality training that empowers individuals with lived experiences of mental health services, equipping schools, workplaces, and community groups to support those in need.
Role Responsibilities:
We seek a motivated team member with personal experience of mental health support, who recognizes the significance of positive activities for the wellbeing of young people, adults, and families.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating peer support worker training
- Providing one-on-one mentoring for trainees in the PSW program
- Co-facilitating occupational therapy groups in community settings
- Conducting individual sessions for young people
- Supporting community events to promote services and engage in activities
- Visiting educational institutions and community organizations
- Assisting in gathering testimonials, feedback, and generating reports for stakeholders.
