Position Overview:
As a Swimming Teacher at Freedom Leisure, you will play a crucial role in fostering swimming proficiency and confidence among participants of various ages and skill levels. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct engaging swimming lessons while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver swimming instruction to both children and adults, adapting techniques to meet individual needs.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding the progress of their children.
- Oversee the safety of all patrons in the aquatic area, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Exhibit professionalism and strong communication skills in all interactions.
- Complete an Enhanced DBS check as part of the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Level 2 swimming teaching qualification or demonstrate a willingness to pursue necessary training.
