About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer/Senior Associate to oversee Private Client services across three regional offices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of three and handling a varied caseload of Private Client matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Private Client services across three regional offices
  • Manage a team of three
  • Handle a varied caseload of wills, powers of attorney, and probate applications
  • Provide expertise in tax, trusts, and contentious probate
  • Ensure high-quality client service and maintain client relationships

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in wills, powers of attorney, and probate applications
  • Experience in tax, trusts, and contentious probate is desirable
  • People management experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to travel to other office locations as required
